An albino crocodile has an estimated survival rate of only 24 hours in the wild. Albino crocodilians are extremely sensitive to light and UV radiation, and can easily die of sun poisoning. They must be kept in special dark conditions, away from sunlight, and have their diet supplemented with vitamin D3 to accommodate their needs.
They are born with all the capabilities of an ancient predator, but are rendered helpless due to conditions outside their control.
